White chocolate is not considered to be real chocolate.  It does not contain chocolate liquor but contains cocoa butter, which produces a faint chocolate flavour.  The creamy confection is made by blending cocoa butter with milk and sugar.  White chocolate can be eaten as a candy or used in baking.
